Terms of Service

By accessing or using PetrolPulse — including the mobile application, Telegram Bot (@PetrolPulseBot), Mini App, and website at petrolpulse.app — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply globally and are interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer, privacy, and digital service laws in the user’s country or region of use.

• Interactive Map: Fuel stations with real-time status.
• Community Feed: User-submitted fuel reports.
• Chat System: Global, local, country-based chat rooms.
• Chat Security: Server-side anti-flood, anti-spam, duplicate and ad-link controls, plus read/unread state.
• Geo-Alerts: Location-based fuel notifications.
• Profile System: Contribution tracking and badges.
• Fuel Hero Program: Promotion missions, proof submission, moderation, and reward points/premium unlocks.
• Language Catalog: Dynamic language availability with fallback support.
• Telegram Bot: Access via Telegram Messenger.

• At least 16 years old (18 in India per DPDPA 2023).
• Valid Telegram account for Bot and Mini App features.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Account can be created via mobile app email OTP flow and/or Telegram Bot.
• You are responsible for the security of your sign-in channels (email inbox and Telegram account).
• Do not impersonate others.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5.1 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate fuel reports.
• No false, misleading, or fabricated reports.
• No defamatory, obscene, or threatening content.
• No harassment or hate speech.
• You are personally responsible for the consequences of your submitted reports and comments.

5.2 Content License

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the Service.

5.3 Content Moderation

We provide in-app reporting and user blocking flows for feed/chat content. We review moderation signals and may remove content or restrict accounts, typically within 24 hours for high-risk abuse reports.

• Manipulating the voting system.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans.
• Using automated bots or scrapers.
• Unauthorized access to systems.
• Reverse engineering the Service.
• Violating applicable laws.

• Core PetrolPulse features are currently available without direct in-app payment.
• Fuel Hero rewards may unlock temporary premium access as a community incentive.
• PetrolPulse may offer business cooperation formats (for example, promotional placements, verified business profiles, or campaign partnerships) under separate commercial terms.
• If paid billing is introduced later, Terms will be updated before activation.

Crowdsourced & Dynamic Data: Fuel availability, queues, prices, and station conditions are reported by users and organizations and may change rapidly (including every hour or minute).

Regional Currency Estimation: Where map-side price tickers are shown in local currency, those values are indicative regional snapshots and not a guaranteed final transaction price at a specific station.

Business Demo Blocks: Any map-side business pricing panels marked as demo are illustrative only and are not a confirmation of final live price at a specific station.

Brand Visuals: Station logos, badges, and marker visuals are used for navigation convenience and may be simplified placeholders; they do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or formal affiliation statements.

No Real-Time Guarantee: We do not physically verify each station in real time and cannot guarantee that fuel, queue level, or displayed price will remain the same when you arrive.

On-Site Reality Prevails: Only people physically present at the station at that specific time can provide the most current factual situation.

User Judgment Required: Users must check report timestamps, confidence signals, and local conditions before making route or purchase decisions.

No Fuel Guarantee: We do not sell fuel or operate stations.

Service Availability: Provided "as is" without guarantees.

Driving Safety: Do not use while driving.

Publicly Available Sources: Station identities, brand hints, logos, and related map metadata may be compiled from publicly available information (including user submissions, open map sources, and public web references).

No Endorsement: Use of any trademark, logo, or brand name in PetrolPulse is for informational and navigation purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Owner Corrections: Station owners, operators, and authorized brand representatives may request corrections or removals by emailing support@petrolpulse.app with verifiable proof of ownership/authority and supporting evidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetrolPulse is not liable for losses arising from outdated, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate reports (user or organization submitted), including unavailable fuel, price differences, waiting time changes, route costs, business interruption, or any indirect/incidental/consequential damages.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that map data is informational support and not a binding commercial offer or guaranteed confirmation of current station conditions.

Claims related to false or abusive reports may be directed to the responsible user or organization, and we may provide lawful cooperation and evidence disclosure as described in our Privacy Policy.

• PetrolPulse name, logo, and code are our property.
• Map data by OpenStreetMap (ODbL).

You agree to indemnify PetrolPulse from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Contact us first to resolve disputes informally via Telegram support channels. Jurisdiction depends on your country of residence.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend access for violations.
• We may limit, deprioritize, or remove station/network visibility in maps, feeds, or discovery surfaces based on repeated verified complaints, safety risks, abusive behavior, persistent misinformation signals, legal risk, or platform policy.
• Business cooperation with station networks (including promotional placements) is discretionary and does not prevent moderation or delisting actions where required for user safety or legal compliance.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in force.
