By accessing or using PetrolPulse — including the mobile application, Telegram Bot (@PetrolPulseBot), Mini App, and website at petrolpulse.app — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in: Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Iraq, Bangladesh, and Nigeria.

• Interactive Map: Fuel stations with real-time status.
• Community Feed: User-submitted fuel reports.
• Chat System: Global, local, country-based chat rooms.
• Geo-Alerts: Location-based fuel notifications.
• Profile System: Contribution tracking and badges.
• Telegram Bot: Access via Telegram Messenger.

• At least 16 years old (18 in India per DPDPA 2023).
• Valid Telegram account for Bot and Mini App features.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Account created automatically via Telegram Bot.
• You are responsible for your Telegram account security.
• Do not impersonate others.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5.1 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate fuel reports.
• No false, misleading, or fabricated reports.
• No defamatory, obscene, or threatening content.
• No harassment or hate speech.

5.2 Content License

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the Service.

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate and remove violating content.

• Manipulating the voting system.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans.
• Using automated bots or scrapers.
• Unauthorized access to systems.
• Reverse engineering the Service.
• Violating applicable laws.

• Premium: $2.99/month or $24.99/year.
• Payment via app stores or Telegram Stars.
• Auto-renews unless cancelled 24h before end of period.
• Refunds follow platform guidelines and consumer protection laws.

Accuracy: PetrolPulse relies on crowdsourced data. We do not guarantee accuracy of fuel reports.

No Fuel Guarantee: We do not sell fuel or operate stations.

Service Availability: Provided "as is" without guarantees.

Driving Safety: Do not use while driving.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Service.

• PetrolPulse name, logo, and code are our property.
• Map data by OpenStreetMap (ODbL).

You agree to indemnify PetrolPulse from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Contact us first to resolve disputes informally via Telegram support channels. Jurisdiction depends on your country of residence.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend access for violations.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in force.
